The best options to get to Sallent de Gállego are by private car or by bus.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

BY BUS

Avanza is the bus company that provides transport between the different villages in the Tena Valley. It is also the company that makes the connections between the valley and Huesca, Barcelona or Zaragoza (after changing in Sabiñánigo).

There is a regular FORMIGAL-JACA bus line with intermediate stops in Sallent de Gállego, Escarilla, Panticosa, Biescas and Sabiñánigo. 

Timetables

Monday to Saturday (two daily return services):

• Departures from Formigal 07:30h and 15:45h and from Sallent 07:45h and 16:00h.
• Arrivals at Formigal 15:05h and 19:00h and at Sallent 14:50h and 18:45h.

Sundays (one return service):

• Departures from Formigal 15:45h and from Sallent 16:00h.
• Arrivals at Formigal 12:00h and at Sallent 11:45h.

TRAIN

Train connections can be made to or from Sabiñánigo and Huesca. Then you can connect with the bus service.

BY CAR

If, on the other hand, you choose to travel by car, the roads are very accessible, both from France and from Huesca, Zaragoza, Teruel, Barcelona or any other point of the national territory.
